Laura Lewis and LaLaPow were engaged to help bring brand continuity and marketing guidance to a family-owned storage company. The challenges presented included a less than optimal primary website, three different locations with three different names, lack of congruent branding, and overall messaging. LaLaPow:
- Provided creative and strategic direction on website, including writing and providing story-based content for the brand, creating content and direction for pillar landing pages, and working with SEO team to optimize website content
- Created “Start as Family” tagline to promote family-owned aspect of business
- Established six (6) new social media accounts (added Google My Business and Instagram for all three locations) and posted five (5) days per week
- Created YouTube page, provided creative direction on drone video production and editorial process, filmed “fly through” videos for all locations, and established video presence across all three brands, presenting staff on camera as “real” people behind the brand
- Provided online reputation management direction and services, established review process for customers, and trained all staff on related processes
- Created a “mascot”, Dylan the Dillo, for brand congruence and promotion
